This workshop will focus on one of the most important parts of the special education process: the individualized education program (IEP) meeting. Attendees will learn about the purpose of an IEP meeting, their role as a member of the IEP team, and the legal process of receiving special education services. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to explore resources they can use to advocate for children with disabilities at their IEP meeting.
