There are 3 questions that leaders must address:

1. Who is on your bus? (Or if you’re hiring, ‘Who do we need on the bus?’ this step examines the 3 core values that each team member must possess in order to make maximum positive impact.

2. Is Everyone On the Right Seat on the Bus? This step examines whether each team member occupies a role that plays to their Working Genius, that is their area of passion and natural fit, regardless of position title.

3. Now that we have the right people in the right seats, how do we move the bus forward in a cohesive way? This step defines that absolutely essential qualities that a team must possess or cultivate to maximize its potential.
