Loss and grief are part of the human experience. However, these topics are often not readily and openly considered or discussed. This can leave us feeling unprepared, bewildered, and powerless when faced with these issues in our personal and professional lives. This course explores death and non-death related loss and the grief that accompanies this loss. Loss and grief in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic is considered. Strategies for recognizing and working through loss and grief are explored as well.
