Objectives: Participants will
1. Identify current ways we address conflict in families and communities and their effectiveness.
2. Distinguish punitive approach from restorative approach.
3. Explore listening/thinking restoratively and microcircles.
4. Identify 3 parts of the Restorative Circle model.
Recommended for LBSW and LMSW beginning skill level.
